SFCC's new gathering space for fresh and fabulous food!
Located in the East Wing of the main building on the Santa Fe Community College campus (just across from the Fitness Center), the East Wing Eatery has been created to provide our culinary arts degree students with real job experience; a place they can put into practice the techniques and skills they have learned. We strive to use sustainably and organically produced local and regional products whenever possible. It is our goal to provide high quality food and beverages to our students, staff, faculty, fitness center visitors, and the surrounding community.
East Wing Eatery Specialties:
- House-made pastries and breads baked off daily
- All stocks, soups, and sauces are made from scratch in our production kitchens
- Freshly prepared salads and sandwiches made with top quality ingredients
- All desserts made in-house
All food and beverages are made-to-order to maximize the quality and freshness of each item.
