April 21-25
UPCYCLING at Kids Campus  -  bring your unused materials of all kinds to be repurposed as art at Kids Campus

Monday, April 21
8:30 a.m. Bike Ride to SFCC- Meet at Sirius Cycles at Rodeo Plaza to the right of Joe’s Diner for the commute to SFCC

2:00-2:30 p.m. School of Trades, Technology, Sustainability and Professional Studies, room 817, tour of the aquaponic and hydroponic geodesic dome greenhouse

Tuesday, April 22
9:30-11:30 a.m. Living Spirit Drummers perform at front entrance of the college

10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Earth Day Resource Fair to include community and campus resources at Santa Fe Community College, Main Hallway

11:30 a.m.-noon School of Trades, Technology, Sustainability and Professional Studies, room 819, presentation on bioenergy and a tour of the biofuels lab

2:00-3:30 p.m. School of Trades, Technology, Sustainability and Professional Studies, room 822, presentation on green building and tour of energy efficiency lab

Wednesday, April 23
11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Spectrum of Bioneer Films presented by Luke Spangenburg in Jemez Rooms 1 & 2

Thursday, April 24
10:00 a.m., noon and 2:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. Movie presentation of Blackfish, room 223

Friday, April 25
10:30 a.m. Dedication of "Sol Man" Sculpture by Recycle Runway artist Nancy Judd, and Student Solar Array unveiling, TATC

1-4 p.m. Garden Tours: Deborah Madison - Local Chef and Cookbook author and Ken Kuhne of Grow Y'own Raised Bed Gardens will be assisting Erin O'Neill, SFCC Garden Coodrinator with tours of our Culinary Arts Garden, and lots of volunteers working on big garden projects
Plant Sale: Purchase plants to raise funds for the garden
