Center for Academic Transitions
Learn about SFCC’s important career development and job placement programs for students and community members, and find candidates for your current and future employment opportunities.
Are you ready to graduate?
If you would like a degree audit to determine your graduation status, please schedule an appointment with the Center for Academic Transitions (CAT) in room 131 or call 505-428-1303. Download the Petition to Graduate Form.
If you are in the Teacher Alternative Licensing Program, you will be required to submit your Petition to Graduate with your exit application.
The Center for Academic Transitions can help you plan for graduation, transfer to a four-year university, and transition into the workforce. We offer graduation advisement for students who have earned at least 45 college credits, and we provide transfer advising for students planning to pursue a Bachelor’s degree at a four-year university. The CAT also offers career services for all students.
