Cashier's Office

cashier's officeWelcome to the SFCC Cashier's office. We are here to help you with all your tuition and fee payment needs. Come see us

  • Monday and Wednesday - Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Holidays: Closed

You have several options for making a payment to SFCC:

  • Pay online with a credit card
  1. Log into your JACK account.
  2. Click on the Registration Tab.
  3. In the "Registration Tools" channel (upper left of page), click on "Pay by Credit Card."
  4. On the page titled "Registration Term" go near the top and click on the Student tab (DO NOT select term yet).
  5. On the "Student Services & Financial Aid" page, click on the "Student Records" heading.
  6. On the "Student Records" page, click on "Get Your Account Summary and Pay By Credit Card."
  7. On the "Account Summary" page, verify the Account Balance at the bottom of the page. Make a note of the balance.
  8. If the account is accurate, go back up the page and click on the bold "PAY BY CREDIT CARD" link.
  9. On the next page, select the term for which you wish to pay and click the Submit button.
  10. On the next page, enter your credit card information (we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express).
  11. After entering all information, click the Submit Payment button.
  12. On the next page, verify the information you have entered is correct and click the Okay to Submit Payment button.
  13. Print out your verification page upon successfully sending your payment.
Log on to JACK to pay online with a credit card
  • Pay by phone with a credit card at (505) 428-1211 with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card

  • Pay in person at the cashier's office (see hours at the top of this page)

  • Drop your payment in the drop box located inside the Fitness Center lobby, the drop box located in front of the college across from the flagpoles, or the drop slot at the Cashier's office window. You must include an SFCC Payment Form (printable PDF version) with your check or credit card payment (no cash, please). Payment forms are available at all drop box locations

  • Use the Deferred Payment Plan
