Art of Fashion Show Showcases SFCC Student Designers

Students from SFCC's Fashion Design Program are the centerpiece of the forthcoming "Art of Fashion Show," to be held Thursday, March 25, at The Lodge at Santa Fe, 750 N. St. Francis Drive. SFCC Campus Closure
The SFCC campus will be closed for a scheduled electrical shutdown Sunday, March 21 from 8 a.m-5 p.m. No on-campus services, classes or labs will be available. Off-campus phone and Internet access will be uninterrupted.

"Photosynthesis" School of Arts and Design Photography Showcase
The show features the work of 15 artists displaying works in digital, silver and non-silver processes. April 1-29. Public reception 4:30-6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 8. Learn more.

March is Women's History Month. The President's Diversity Advisory Committee (PDAC) of SFCC has organized activities and events in honor of this special month, as part of the Windows on the World (WOW) series. Learn more about this month's activities.

SFCC Spring Break Pool Hours March 20-26
The lap pool will be closed 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday 3/22 and Wednesday 3/24, opening 4:00-8:30 p.m. (sprinkler head repairs)
The warm water pool will be closed for classes: Monday/Wednesday (3/22 & 3/24) 8:45-11:00 a.m.; 6:00-7:00 p.m.

Free Tax Help at SFCC
Get free tax help January 29 through April 15 in the William C. Witter Fitness Education Center, Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. See how new tax credits can benefit you. New SFCC Photography Exhibition
In honor of African American History Month, Santa Fe Community College features a new art on campus exhibition entitled "Divine Learning: The Traditional Islamic Scholarship of Timbuktu, Mali" by Alexandra Huddleston, an international documentary photographer. Opening reception 4 to 6 p.m., Thursday, February 11 in the main entry hall. Read news release.

3/20/10 - 3/26/10 SFCC spring break. No classes or labs are in session. The campus and Fitness Center are open regular hours. The Tutoring Center will be open from 9–3, Monday through Thursday. Tutors will be available on a drop in basis (no appointments).
